As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team that offers a base salary, fast start bonus to support you in your first 90 days, full benefits, car allowance, cell phone allowance, uncapped commission, and bonus incentives. Our mission is to provide solar solutions that require no finance requirements or credit checks, allowing customers to lease a solar system with no money down and earn guaranteed cost savings. This unique approach enables our Residential Energy Specialists to easily meet the performance standard of six sales per month. In this mobile role, you will be responsible for driving to generate leads, conducting in-home consultations, and managing accounts. The focus of our sales team is not just on installing solar panels but on helping customers save money and contribute to environmental sustainability. You will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the sale, build a 'book of business' through self-generated leads, and leverage our proprietary referral app to jump-start your business. You will also attend company-provided appointments and assist homeowners in executing documents to maximize their savings. Maintaining ongoing partnerships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the installation and activation process is crucial. Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale
  • Build a 'book of business' through self-generated leads, including generating referrals, prospecting, and direct marketing
  • Leverage proprietary referral app and incentives to help jump-start your business
  • Attend company-provided appointments
  • Assist homeowners in executing documents and providing necessary information to maximize their savings by going solar
  • Maintain ongoing partnerships with customers, offering support throughout the installation and activation process
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Prior sales experience OR college OR military experience preferred
  • Proficient with computer programs, especially Salesforce CRM
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Must have a valid state driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be flexible based on customer availability

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays, evenings, and holidays
