This unique approach allows our Residential Energy Specialists to easily meet performance standards, with an expectation of six sales per month. Your role will involve driving for lead generation, conducting in-home consultations, and managing customer accounts. The focus of our sales team is not just on selling solar panels, but on ensuring that our customers save money and contribute to environmental sustainability. As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the sale. You will build a 'book of business' through self-generated leads, including referrals and direct marketing efforts. We offer additional compensation for self-generated deals, and you will have access to proprietary referral apps and incentives to help jump-start your business. You will also attend company-provided appointments and assist homeowners in executing documents to maximize their savings through solar energy. Maintaining ongoing partnerships with customers and collaborating with other departments to ensure satisfaction and project success will be key components of your role.
