As a Solar Sales Consultant at G3 Solar, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling solar energy solutions to potential customers. In this position, you will engage in door-to-door canvassing, actively seeking out new leads and opportunities to introduce our solar products to homeowners. You will be responsible for answering questions from potential customers, setting up appointments for our closing team, and generating proposals based on the energy needs of prospective clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers will be essential in guiding them through the decision-making process and ensuring a smooth installation experience. With uncapped earnings potential, you will have the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on your performance, with an average payout of $2500 per week. Responsibilities

  • Engage in door-to-door canvassing to generate new solar leads.
  • Answer questions from potential customers about solar energy solutions.
  • Set up appointments for the closing team.
  • Acquire energy bills from prospective clients to generate proposals.
  • Close deals and assist customers during the installation process.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and driven individual.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing preferred but not required.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Willingness to attend all team meetings and training sessions.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to different neighborhoods.
