As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling solar solutions with competitive baselines. In addition to solar, we also provide roofing-only, battery-only, HVAC, and security systems. We are looking for individuals who are actively engaged in sales and are eager to elevate their careers. Our sales professionals benefit from fast installations and commission payments that are processed the week after a signature is obtained. We offer a variety of financing options, including Everbright PPA's, LightReach PPA's, Sunrun PPA's, Brightstar PPA's, Solwerks PPA's, Enfin PPA's, and Goodleap Loans, among others. Our roofing-only financing is also available, and we provide top-of-the-line roofing software to all of our dealers and their teams. Trusted Energy covers 30 states with competitive base pricing and does not use subcontractors for any of our installations. Selling in NEM 3.0, we have access to all the necessary batteries, including Franklin Enphase, STORZ, Qhome, and Tesla Powerwall 3 batteries, ensuring the most competitive pricing in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Sell solar solutions to homeowners
  • Provide customized energy solutions based on homeowner needs
  • Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Utilize provided software tools for sales and customer management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings

Requirements

  • 1 year of sales experience
  • Entry-level candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome
  • Experience in solar sales is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in roofing, HVAC, or security sales
  • Familiarity with solar financing options
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency solutions
