As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our mission by providing customers with the opportunity to lease solar systems with no money down and guaranteed cost savings. Our unique approach eliminates finance requirements and credit checks, allowing you to focus on helping customers achieve their energy goals. This position offers a base salary, a Fast Start Bonus to support you during your first 90 days, and the potential for uncapped commission earnings. You will also receive a car allowance, cell phone allowance, and full benefits including a 401(k) with company match, stock options, and tuition reimbursement. In this mobile role, you will manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale. You will build a 'book of business' through self-generated leads, including referrals, prospecting, and direct marketing. We provide a proprietary referral app and incentives to help jump-start your business, and you will also attend company-provided appointments. Your responsibilities will include assisting homeowners in executing documents and providing the necessary information to maximize their savings by going solar. Maintaining an ongoing partnership with our valued customers is essential, as you will offer support throughout the entire installation and activation process. Collaboration with other departments will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and project success. Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Prior sales experience OR college OR military experience preferred
  • Proficient with computer programs (Salesforce CRM is used heavily)
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Must have a valid state driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willing to move through the pre-employment screening process
