You will be responsible for conducting consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and propose tailored solar solutions that meet those needs. Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and informative experience. In this role, you will collaborate with the salesforce to generate leads and expand the market reach, demonstrating your expertise in energy sales to effectively communicate the financial and environmental benefits of solar power. Engaging in outside sales activities, including door-to-door visits and attending community events, will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will utilize your technical sales knowledge to explain system specifications and answer customer queries, ensuring that potential clients have all the information they need to make informed decisions. Additionally, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts and terms with customers while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to communicate with a broader range of customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear manner
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice-to-haves
