Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through various channels, including door-to-door outreach and outside sales efforts.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide tailored solar energy solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track progress, and maintain customer relationships effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

Requirements
