Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from pre-qualified leads to explain solar services and schedule appointments.
  • Respond to inbound calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls as needed.
  • Set and confirm appointments for sales consultations, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.
  • Record detailed interactions with leads in the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
  • Effectively follow-up on leads.
  • Meet and exceed call and appointment-setting targets on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Stay informed on company products, services, and industry trends to answer customer questions and objections effectively.
  • Handle objections professionally and comply with company communication guidelines.

Requirements

  • No sales experience needed - we'll train the right person!
  • Solar experience preferred but not required.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
