As a member of our team, you can expect highly competitive pay with average sales reps making $140,000 - 340,000 their first year, with high sales performers making much more. You will meet or exceed individual and team sales goals, and benefit from proven training platforms that ensure product knowledge, along with training by experienced sales professionals. As a sales consultant, you will help residential homeowners save money on utility costs through renewable energy, frequently traveling throughout the area with the sales team and canvassing different neighborhoods through door-to-door selling. You will build rapport with homeowners and support them through the fulfillment process, with daily responsibilities varying based on the nature of the role, from qualifying customers to closing contracts through an in-home sales process. Typically, new sales reps begin as appointment setters and then progress to a closing position.
