Responsibilities

  • Work closely with potential and current customers to facilitate the transition from traditional power to solar energy.
  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings and increased home value.
  • Market Helios Energy Power products and services to set up new customers.
  • Self-generate leads and referrals through door-to-door sales and supplement with company-provided leads.
  • Attend industry-leading training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Participate in team campaigns, including door-to-door outreach and presentations at events.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to negotiate.
  • No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Ability to communicate effectively during in-home presentations.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
