About the position

As a Solar Sales Consultant at VITL Power, you will play a crucial role in promoting solar energy solutions to homeowners in defined residential neighborhoods. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting potential clients through canvassing efforts, collecting energy usage data from homeowners to assess the viability of solar installations, and setting appointments for solar home design consultations. You will also be responsible for building and presenting tailored proposals that meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring they understand the benefits and savings associated with solar energy. We are looking for candidates who possess strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail. While prior experience in sales or the service industry is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate core skills in solar sales, negotiation, and customer service, along with a proficiency in technical sales. You will be expected to engage with potential customers effectively, utilizing your marketing skills to promote our solar solutions. Additionally, experience in door-to-door sales is highly valued, as it aligns with our approach to reaching out to potential clients directly. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 per year, along with opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company. You will work an 8-hour shift in person at our Winter Haven, FL location, contributing to a team-oriented environment focused on achieving sales targets and driving success in the solar market.
