As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our mission by engaging with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing. This position is designed for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and have a knack for sales. You will receive elite mentorship and hands-on training from some of the best sales leaders in the industry, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. In this commission-only position, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, with the average payout being around $2500 per week. Your primary responsibilities will include answering questions from potential customers about solar energy, setting up appointments for our closing team, and generating proposals. You will also be responsible for acquiring energy bills from prospective clients and assisting them throughout the installation process. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to choose your own hours while also participating in team meetings and training sessions. Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing.
  • Answer questions from potential customers about solar energy.
  • Set up appointments for the closing team.

  • Assist customers throughout the installation process.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and driven individual.
  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Reliable transportation to attend team meetings and training sessions.
  • Ability to relocate to Forest Park, OH before starting work.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales (1 year preferred).
