As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling solar solutions with competitive baselines. In addition to solar, we also provide roofing-only, battery-only, HVAC, and security systems. We are looking for individuals who are actively engaged in sales and are eager to elevate their careers. Our sales professionals benefit from fast installations and commission payments that are processed the week after a signature is obtained. We offer a variety of financing options, including Everbright PPA's, LightReach PPA's, Sunrun PPA's, Brightstar PPA's, Solwerks PPA's, and Goodleap Loans, among others. Our roofing-only financing is also available, and we provide top-of-the-line roofing software to all our dealers and their teams. We cover 30 states with competitive base pricing and ensure that no subcontractors are used in our installations. Selling in NEM 3.0, we have access to all the necessary batteries, including Franklin Enphase, STORZ, Qhome, and Tesla Powerwall 3 batteries, all offered at competitive pricing. This position allows you to choose your own hours, providing flexibility in your work schedule, and offers opportunities for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Sell solar solutions to homeowners, focusing on customized energy solutions.
  • Promote additional services including roofing, HVAC, and security systems.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale.
  • Provide information on financing options available for solar and roofing solutions.
  • Utilize provided software tools for sales and installation processes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and after installation.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, preferably in the energy or home improvement sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with homeowners effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
  • Familiarity with solar energy products and financing options is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in solar sales or renewable energy sales.
  • Knowledge of roofing, HVAC, or security systems.
  • Sales certifications or training in energy solutions.
