About the position

LGCY Power is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Solar Sales Consultants. The role focuses on increasing solar awareness and providing exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals. This position involves door-to-door sales and requires a commitment to continuous training and personal development.

Responsibilities

  • Represent LGCY Power professionally by increasing solar awareness and becoming an expert on solar energy
  • Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills
  • Manage accounts proactively to provide excellent customer service
  • Engage in door-to-door sales activities

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Coachable and self-motivated
  • Capable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills
  • Able to perform with minimal supervision
  • Resourceful; able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize
  • Must be available for evenings and Saturdays, if necessary
  • Must have reliable transportation and smartphone (iOS preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in security sales, satellite TV sales, pest control sales, automation/smarthome sales, or direct sales

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in lead generation and/or sales management
