In this role, you will adopt an innovative educational and 'soft sell' approach to engage homeowners in the benefits of transitioning to solar energy. By helping clients reduce their energy bills and enhance their home value with zero out-of-pocket costs, you will play a crucial part in promoting sustainable energy solutions. Our flexible pricing model and price match guarantee ensure that you can offer competitive quotes to potential customers, making it easier to close sales without the need for traditional door knocking or cold calling. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our 'earn while you learn' solar trainee program, which provides world-class live online training and certification. This program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the solar sales industry. As you grow in your role, you will have the potential to earn significant commissions, with top sales managers achieving high six-figure incomes through management overrides and bonuses. We are currently in the Alpha Stage of our launch and are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset or prior solar sales experience to join our team. Proficiency in Spanish is considered a plus, as it will enhance your ability to connect with a broader range of clients.

Responsibilities

Requirements
