As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our mission by engaging with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing. This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and eager to make a difference in their communities. You will receive elite mentorship and hands-on training from some of the best sales leaders in the industry, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. In this commission-only position, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, with the average payout being around $2,500 per week. Your primary responsibilities will include answering questions from potential customers about solar energy, setting up appointments for our closing team, and acquiring energy bills from prospective clients. You will also be responsible for generating proposals, closing deals, and providing support to customers throughout the installation process. We foster a supportive and award-winning culture, with regular team events and over $1 million in extra incentives and prizes awarded to our top performers. We are looking for individuals who are not only driven and self-motivated but also possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude. While previous experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing is preferred, it is not required.
