In this role, you will engage with homeowners to educate them about the benefits of transitioning to solar energy, which can significantly reduce their energy bills and enhance the value of their homes. Our approach is centered around education and a 'soft sell' methodology, ensuring that clients feel informed and empowered to make decisions without the pressure of traditional sales tactics. You will have the advantage of flexible pricing options and a price match guarantee, enabling you to provide competitive quotes that meet or beat any competitor's offer. The position is designed for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset or prior solar sales experience. You will have the opportunity to earn commissions on sales, with the potential to make up to $5,000 per sale, along with additional bonuses. Our 'earn while you learn' solar trainee program provides world-class live online training and certification, allowing you to start making a difference immediately. Responsibilities

Requirements
