This position offers a competitive base salary along with an uncapped commission structure, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on your performance. In this mobile role, you will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the sale. You will build a 'book of business' through self-generated leads, including referrals, prospecting, and direct marketing. PosiGen provides a proprietary referral app and incentives to help you jump-start your business. You will also attend company-provided appointments and assist homeowners in executing documents to maximize their savings by going solar. Maintaining an ongoing partnership with customers throughout the installation and activation process is essential, as is working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. We are looking for individuals who bring positive energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm to the role. You should be highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest, with a 'no fear' attitude towards cold calling and networking. Flexibility is key, as you may need to work on Saturdays, evenings, and holidays based on customer availability.
