About the position

As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping customers save money while also contributing to environmental sustainability. This position offers a competitive base salary along with an uncapped commission structure, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on your performance. You will receive a Fast Start Bonus to support you during your first 90 days, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a car allowance, cell phone allowance, and opportunities for growth and promotion within the company. In this mobile role, you will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the sale. You will build a 'book of business' through self-generated leads, including referrals, prospecting, and direct marketing. PosiGen provides a proprietary referral app and incentives to help you jump-start your business. You will also attend company-provided appointments and assist homeowners in executing documents to maximize their savings by going solar. Maintaining an ongoing partnership with customers throughout the installation and activation process is essential, as is working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. We are looking for individuals who bring positive energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm to the role. You should be highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest, with a 'no fear' attitude towards cold calling and networking. Flexibility is key, as you may need to work on Saturdays, evenings, and holidays based on customer availability. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Prior sales experience OR college OR military experience preferred
  • Proficient with computer programs (Salesforce CRM is used heavily)
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Must have a valid state driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willing to move through the pre-employment screening process
