Our compensation structure is among the best in the industry, with top performers earning between $90,000 and $350,000 annually, and even higher for those who excel. Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits of residential homes to identify energy conservation measures and their associated savings potential.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy solutions.
  • Close sales and generate your own leads.
  • Work with preset appointments for closers only.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and sales experience are beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome; no prior solar experience is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales, particularly in solar, roofing, or HVAC industries.
  • Background in marketing or negotiation skills.
  • Previous experience as a canvasser or in home sales.
