About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our executive team at TriiiForce Solar. This role focuses on leading and growing our sales team to drive growth in the solar and energy markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, particularly in solar and energy sales, and will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with clients while promoting sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals in the solar and energy markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and door-to-door outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize software for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the solar industry.
  • Strong technical sales skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar CRM software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
