Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing clients to drive solar sales.
• Use CRM tools to manage sales activities, client accounts, and market data.
• Conduct in-person sales visits to potential customers, presenting solar solutions and addressing specific needs.
• Deliver top-notch customer service by responding to inquiries swiftly and resolving issues effectively.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure satisfaction for both the client and the company.
• Collaborate with marketing to identify new opportunities and boost Trusted Energy Solar's visibility in the market.
• Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on solar products and advanced sales techniques.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, ideally within a technical or outside sales role.
• Strong customer service background, with a focus on building enduring client relationships.
