Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Schedule appointments with potential customers in residential neighborhoods.
• Conduct day-to-day tasks related to door knocking, collecting homeowners' utility bills, and setting appointments.
• Attend weekly team sales meetings (Saturdays).
• Engage in outside sales activities, including door-to-door outreach and community networking.
• Present and promote energy products and services to potential customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required (comprehensive training provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical information clearly.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
