Responsibilities

• Apply advanced soldering techniques to assemble and solder RF components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).
• Conduct thorough visual inspections of solder joints to ensure quality and alignment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, engineers, and supervisors to resolve assembly challenges.
• Operate soldering equipment with attention to safety and precision.
• Offer insights for refining soldering processes and quality enhancement.
• Adhere to safety protocols, company guidelines, and quality standards.
• Follow production assembly instructions (AIs).
• Perform operations such as crimping, staking, and soldering to secure components.
• Install circuit card assemblies (CCAs) within housings and chassis.
• Execute epoxy bonding procedures and make adjustments to components.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in soldering and assembly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

• IPC-A-610 certification
• J-STD-001 certification
