About the position

As a Manager in PwC's Cloud Computing and Networking practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients transform their businesses through innovative technology solutions and effective IT Service Management. This position involves leading diverse teams to solve complex business issues, coaching team members, and developing new skills while addressing client needs and driving technology change. You will be responsible for analyzing complex ideas, simplifying messages, and ensuring high-quality work that meets client expectations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related role.
• ITIL 4 BMC Certified Professional - BMC Helix Operations Management with AIOps, BMC AMI Ops, BMC Helix ITSM, and additional Observability/ITOM/AIOps related certifications preferred.
• Experience in a technical leadership role as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect.

Nice-to-haves

• Expertise in DevOps, Serverless, Networking, Security, Storage, Databases, IoT, AI/ML, Cloud Migration, and IT Transformation.
• Experience with BMC product suite including BMC Helix Operations Management with AIOps, BMC AMI Ops, BMC Helix Continuous Optimization, and BMC Discovery.
• Knowledge of integration platforms and protocols (REST, SOAP, HTTP, UDP, etc.).
