About the position

As a Manager in PwC's Cloud Computing and Networking practice, you will play a pivotal role in transforming client businesses through innovative technology solutions and effective IT Service Management. This position involves leading diverse projects, fostering a collaborative team environment, and driving technical change to enhance client experiences and explore new markets. You will be expected to develop new skills, coach team members, and provide strategic recommendations based on complex data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related role.
• ITIL 4 BMC Certified Professional - BMC Helix Operations Management with AIOps, BMC AMI Ops, BMC Helix ITSM, and additional Observability/ITOM/AIOps related certifications preferred.
• Experience in a technical leadership role as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect.

Nice-to-haves

• Expertise in DevOps, Serverless, Networking, Security, Storage, Databases, IoT, AI/ML, Cloud Migration, and IT Transformation.
• Experience with BMC product suite, including BMC Helix Operations Management with AIOps.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies and frameworks.
