In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their requirements and challenges, collaborating with sales and account management teams to develop comprehensive technical and service solutions that align with their business objectives. You will maintain a presence with customers, participate in customized demonstrations, conduct detailed discovery, perform business process analysis, manage technical projects, and develop large RFP responses. Your responsibilities will also include creating detailed architectural designs that encompass software, hardware, and integration components, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable. You will participate in proposal development, providing technical expertise, scope definition, and cost estimation to support the sales team in winning new business opportunities. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies will be crucial, as you will leverage this knowledge to recommend suitable solutions for client needs. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, engineers, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will also involve overseeing the implementation of proposed solutions, working closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget. You will identify potential risks in proposed solutions and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Post-implementation, you will provide support to clients, addressing any technical issues or concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to understand client requirements and challenges, and develop comprehensive technical and service solutions.

  • Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, engineers, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the implementation of proposed solutions, working closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Identify potential risks in proposed solutions and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide post-implementation support to clients, addressing any technical issues or concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - Business / Technical preferred
  • 3-5 years of Technical and Pre-Sales experience
  • Knowledge of IT Asset Management solutions (preferably both in corporate end user and in data center environments)
  • Technical expertise in designing and implementing complex B2B solutions, including hardware and software asset management with system integration.
  • Familiarity with B2B services, IT service management, help desk, Service Now, and relevant enterprise systems and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements to design innovative and efficient solutions.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, engineering, and external partners, to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Experience in project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing technologies, business needs, and market trends.
  • Ability to understand clients' business objectives and align technical solutions accordingly.
