The role of Senior Solution Architect/ Associate Director is part of the Process & Enterprise Transformation, Advisory and Consulting team at Wipro. This position involves working alongside industry experts to create impact on critical transformation programs that help clients solve complex business problems across various industries, including Fortune 500 clients. The role is remote, allowing work from any place in the US, but travel is involved.

Responsibilities

• Embark on a fast-paced career path utilizing experience, process knowledge, and product configuration skills.
• Design, advise, configure systems, and manage programs to define leading transformation programs.
• Demonstrate deep supply chain knowledge with a consulting background in supply chain transformation and ERP implementations.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor to consult clients with complex business problems in the Supply Chain area.
• Conduct requirement workshops for implementation engagements.
• Lead SCM Transformation, SCM process design, and SCM BPR for large scale ERP implementations.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of hands-on consulting experience with ERPs like SAP S4HANA/Oracle Cloud in Supply Chain areas.
• Deep process knowledge and hands-on ERP experience, preferably with SAP SCM implementation.
• Ability to perform Process FIT GAP analysis and lead workshops with Business and Process Architects.
• Experience in conducting requirement workshops for implementation engagements.
• Strong technical background, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Inventory Optimization, Demand Supply Planning, Demand Management, Scheduling, Supplier Network Planning, and Procurement.
• At least 2 to 5 years of hands-on consulting on S4Hana SCM.
• Experience in business development, including customer presentations and RFP responses.
