About the position

The Solution Architect role focuses on AWS Cloud Implementations, requiring a professional with 4 to 8 years of genuine experience. The position involves providing cloud initiative solutions, leveraging advanced cloud technologies to replace legacy systems, and offering insights and decision support for business activities. The architect will standardize cloud architecture and strategy, assist with proof of concepts, and document comparative analyses to support architectural recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide cloud initiative solutioning leveraging best-in-class cloud technologies.
• Assist with technology evaluation and selection based on modeled requirements.
• Support proof of concepts and prototype solutions for architectural recommendations.
• Standardize reference architecture and identify reusable composite patterns for prebuilt solutions.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate cloud adoption and standardize discovery, design, build, deployment, integration, cutover, and operation steps.
• Create prepackaged Terraform blueprints based on standardized reference architectures.

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of genuine experience as a Solution Architect.
• Strong engagement experience in cloud architecture and strategy.
• Experience with leading cloud providers, specifically AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in Linux, Docker, API Gateway(s), IaaS, and secure implementations.
• Implementation experience with CI/CD pipelines using AWS CI/CD stack.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, Aurora, Dynamo, Redis, SQS, SNS, Kinesis, Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
• Experience in architecting large applications and complex business solutions.
• Exposure to architecting low latency, data-heavy, streaming, and distributed systems.
