About the position

Apple is seeking a dynamic, outcome-oriented Swift engineer to lead Apple's Vision Pro Spatial Design Lab technical solution delivery. The Spatial Design Lab team helps Apple customers ideate, design, and build innovative use cases for Apple Vision Pro, accelerating solution delivery and maximizing the business impact of the platform. In this role, you will be responsible for advising top developers in leading organizations globally on app architecture and development strategies for Spatial Computing. You will develop an understanding of a customer's technical landscape, business requirements, and unique implementation challenges. Partnering with customers' developer teams, you will provide best practices for integration and key workflows, while also offering mentorship and guidance on specific coding challenges. Additionally, you will develop accelerators and tools to address common questions to help accelerate customer development activities and connect development shops for hire to customers with App Dev skill gaps. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills are essential, as you will be expected to build and foster relationships, demonstrating an ability to influence teams to deliver successful projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise top developers in leading organizations globally on app architecture and development strategies for Spatial Computing.
• Develop an understanding of a customer's technical landscape, business requirements, and unique implementation challenges.
• Partner with customers' developer teams to provide best practices for integration and key workflows.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to developers on specific coding challenges.
• Develop accelerators and tools to common questions to help accelerate customer development activities.
• Connect development shops for hire to customers with App Dev skill gaps.
• Exhibit excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in developing mobile applications leveraging Swift and other Apple technologies.
• Demonstrable portfolio of apps built solo or as part of a broader team.
• Proven understanding of Spatial Computing.
• Broad understanding of common enterprise technologies and leading ecosystem solutions.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities.
