About the position

As a Solution Architect - Salesforce at Team Global Express, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering project-based architecture services that shape our Salesforce capabilities over the next 1-3 years. Working closely with our Delivery and Architecture teams, you'll design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds, ensuring seamless integrations with our broader IT ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce architectures that align with our Future State capability plans.
• Develop robust, reliable, and cost-effective Salesforce architectures integrated with systems like contact centers and web methods.
• Identify and implement Salesforce best practices and frameworks tailored to the needs of the logistics and supply chain industries.
• Partner with business SMEs, developers, and other architects to develop an integrated enterprise IT architecture.
• Contribute to our IT Architecture Roadmap, planning for the decommissioning of legacy systems and defining the path for future innovations.
• Facilitate architecture submissions for review boards, ensure solution quality, and monitor progress toward endorsed roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in Digital Delivery, including Salesforce architecture.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds.
• Demonstrated experience in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain or Transport Management systems is highly desirable.
• Industry certifications such as TOGAF or Salesforce Architecture credentials are a plus.
