About the position

The Solution Architect is responsible for transforming business requirements into a documented architecture and design that guides the development team in creating technology solutions. This role involves evaluating business needs, architecting new applications, and enhancing existing applications to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into documented architecture and design.
• Evaluate business needs and develop appropriate technology solutions.
• Refine business requirements for clarity and completeness.
• Architect new applications to meet business objectives.
• Evaluate and enhance existing applications for improved performance.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of IT Development Experience.
• 5 years' experience with Java/J2EE/EJB (Server Side/Middle tier) development.
• 3 years' experience as a Solution Architect for large, complex software development projects.
• 7 years' experience with SDLC, OO Design/Development, n-tier architecture, and Web Architecture.
• 4 years' experience with UNIX, database design, and development.
• Fully experienced in SDLC concepts, systems, and procedures.

Nice-to-haves

• Claims processing system experience.
