About the position

The Solution Consultant for Fraud and IDV at LexisNexis Risk Solutions is a consulting role focused on providing expert guidance and personalized solutions to clients in the areas of fraud detection and identity verification. This position involves collaborating with clients to assess their needs, offering training and support, and ensuring successful implementation of solutions. The consultant will also work closely with sales teams to provide pre-sales technical expertise and may require up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting needs assessments and developing customized solutions for clients.
  • Providing training and support to clients on the use of software and technology solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery of services.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings.
  • Conducting research into the industry, including competitor research.
  • Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades, etc.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Possess a relevant educational background in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with fraud detection and identity verification concepts.
  • Be able to collaborate with team while being self-directed to solve problems.
  • Have experience in consulting or professional services.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
