About the position

The position involves guiding and assisting customers in utilizing the Pecan platform, implementing AI models, and addressing technical and data-related issues. The role focuses on helping customers understand complex AI concepts, identifying relevant use cases, and providing valuable feedback to enhance the product. The individual will serve as the primary data and technical contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while analyzing model outputs and communicating insights effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and assist customers in utilizing the Pecan platform and implementing AI models.
  • Help customers understand complex AI concepts and identify relevant use cases.
  • Address and resolve technical and data-related issues.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the product team and collaborate to enhance the product.
  • Analyze model outputs and explain complex ideas in a clear, understandable manner.
  • Serve as the primary data and technical contact for clients.

Requirements

  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for building in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in parallel with multiple customers and prioritize tasks.
  • Proven experience in problem-solving and delivering business insights.
  • Strong business analytical skills.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • 2-4 years of industry experience in customer-facing or analytics roles, preferably in B2B/SaaS tech enablement.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce & Outreach.
  • LinkedIn expert with a strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
