About the position

Pecan is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. In this role, you will guide and assist customers in utilizing the Pecan platform and implementing AI models effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to help customers understand complex AI concepts, identify relevant use cases, and implement solutions that drive significant business value. You will address and resolve technical and data-related issues, ensuring that our clients have a seamless experience with our platform. Additionally, you will provide valuable feedback to the product team and collaborate closely to enhance the product based on customer needs and insights. As the primary data and technical contact for clients, you will need to understand and address their unique needs. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working in parallel with multiple customers and prioritizing tasks effectively. You will analyze model outputs and explain complex ideas in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring that clients can leverage the full potential of our predictive analytics platform. Your proactive and adaptable mindset will be crucial in a startup environment, where you will be expected to deliver business insights and solve problems efficiently. Pecan is an automated AI-based predictive analytics platform that simplifies and accelerates the process of building and deploying predictive models across various business use cases, including lifetime value, churn prediction, demand forecasting, and more. Our platform connects to raw data and automates the data preparation, engineering, and preprocessing phases, as well as the model training and evaluation lifecycle. Responsibilities

  • Guide and assist customers in utilizing the Pecan platform and implementing AI models.
  • Help customers understand complex AI concepts and identify relevant use cases.
  • Address and resolve technical and data-related issues for clients.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the product team to enhance the product.
  • Analyze model outputs and explain complex ideas in a clear manner.
  • Serve as the primary data and technical contact for clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer-facing or analytics roles, preferably in a B2B/SaaS environment.
  • Strong business analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in SQL and experienced with Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in parallel with multiple customers and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • 2-4 years of industry experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in outbound prospecting techniques such as cold calling and email outreach.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and networking at conferences.
