About the position

The Solution Engineer for M-Files and DocuSign will lead the integration and optimization of these platforms, facilitating seamless collaboration and communication across various business units. This role is pivotal in driving the digital transformation journey, ensuring that the tools meet evolving business needs while providing training and support to users.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for central business counterparts to collect demands and propose solutions.
• Design, implement, and manage M-Files and DocuSign to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with teams to gather insights and enhance user experience.
• Lead implementation and support partners for effective mission execution.
• Provide training and support to users for optimal tool usage.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advocate for beneficial features.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with M-Files, DocuSign, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of document management and business processes.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously learn.
