Additionally, you will be responsible for presenting technical demonstrations of proposed solutions, ensuring that your presentations are tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences. This multifaceted position requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers and support the sales team in executing strategies.
  • Become a subject matter expert in water and a technical expert in ArcGIS.
  • Communicate confidently with customers about Esri technologies and the value they provide.
  • Proactively craft and propose solutions that address critical business challenges using GIS.
  • Define and deliver strategies that align Esri technology with customer business needs.
  • Present technical demonstrations of proposed solutions to customers.
  • Design presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in GIS technology and its application in solving business problems.
  • Strong understanding of water-related challenges and solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex technical information.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
  • Experience in sales or customer support roles, particularly in a technical capacity.
