We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Engineer to join a cutting-edge tech company at the forefront of blockchain analytics. In this role, you'll work closely with innovative startups and leading enterprises, helping them understand the transformative potential of blockchain technology for data analytics. As part of a high-growth startup, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data solutions in the decentralized space.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating directly with clients to understand their unique needs, conduct demos, and manage proof-of-value projects.
  • Becoming a subject-matter expert in blockchain-based analytics, educating both startup teams and enterprise organizations on its real-world applications.
  • Acting as a bridge between customer requirements and the product development team to shape future product enhancements.
  • Building impactful collateral such as presentations, educational material, demos, and data starter kits to support the growth of the platform.
  • Contributing to product strategy by developing new concepts and solutions based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Attending industry conferences and on-site client meetings to represent the company.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of distributed computing systems and blockchain technology, with expertise in at least one or two specific systems related to decentralized networks.
  • Proven experience in owning customer relationships, managing technical projects, and delivering tailored solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Practical experience with programming in Python, Rust, or other procedural languages.
  • A solid grasp of the crypto industry, including blockchain, Web3, DeFi, and dApps, along with hands-on experience delivering data-driven solutions.
  • The ability to simplify complex technical concepts into digestible ideas for diverse audiences, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum or Kanban workflows and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in distributed data platforms such as Ignite, Spark, or similar large-scale data solutions.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields is highly desirable, but equivalent experience will be considered.
