Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients and internal team members to drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions.
  • Work on business development, operations, and IT strategies, including executive-level product demonstrations.
  • Define ambiguous business problems and recommend practical next steps through research and assessment.
  • Communicate and evaluate solution options to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrate connected experiences through software demos and rapid prototyping.
  • Assist customers and sales teams in discovering and analyzing strategic solutions.
  • Build and present customized solutions and demonstrations focused on Salesforce products.
  • Convey a deep understanding of the customer's architecture as it pertains to Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional solution guides and align them to the opportunity strategy.
  • Participate in product, sales, and procedural training to maintain knowledge vital for the position.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology.
  • Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments.
