About the position

GK8 is seeking a talented Solution Engineer to join our global team, supporting our activities across the Americas, including Latin America (LATAM). In this role, you will be responsible for leading pre-sales processes with prospective clients, providing technical support to existing customers, and tailoring solutions to meet customer needs post-sale. This position is crucial for ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and support, which in turn drives customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a Solution Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver compelling product demonstrations and address any technical questions that arise during the sales process. Your ability to develop customized solutions tailored to the business and technical needs of clients will be key to your success. Building strong relationships with potential clients is essential, as it will ensure a deep understanding of the product and its capabilities, allowing you to effectively communicate its value. In addition to pre-sales activities, you will provide ongoing technical support to existing customers, which includes troubleshooting and training on proper product use. Managing implementation processes and conducting customer training sessions post-sale will be part of your responsibilities to ensure satisfaction and successful product adoption. You will also work closely with product and development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement, ensuring that our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market needs. Your role will involve delivering technical support to customers across the Latin America (LATAM) region and the United States, adapting work strategies and technological solutions to the specific needs of different markets in the region. This requires a strong understanding of the diverse business environments and cultural nuances that exist within these markets.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver product demonstrations and address technical questions during the sales process.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or Solution Engineer in the financial, cybersecurity, or blockchain technology sectors.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to deeply understand complex technological products.
  • Experience working with clients in international markets, with a preference for the Latin American and U.S. regions.
  • Experience working with global teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology is an advantage.
