About the position

The Financial Analyst position within the Revenue Integrity Reporting Department at SolutionHealth focuses on analyzing and reporting critical information that supports the operations and success of the revenue cycle. The role emphasizes precision in data analysis, particularly in healthcare, and requires a detail-oriented individual who is proficient in MS Excel and has a passion for healthcare data analysis and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Produce and deliver daily, weekly, and other periodic reports, with accompanying analysis for internal executive decision making.
• Use Epic Reporting Workbench, Microsoft Excel, and various other applications to extract data for various analyses, audits, and reports.
• Assist in the creation of financial reporting to resolve payer variances, denials, and other contributing factors to aging balances to ensure accurate and timely payments for all receivables.
• Perform data analysis for trending to assist management with various financial performance goals.
• Effectively communicate and resolve all needs and concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, Required
• A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive analytical experience, Required
• Epic Reporting Workbench Experience, Required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Required

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations, billing/reimbursement, and/or other relevant healthcare service, Preferred
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
