About the position

We are looking for a highly motivated Solution Manager who is passionate about developing complex solutions for our strategic customers using the NextLabs Data-centric security.
Responsibilities
- Develop complex solutions for strategic customers using NextLabs Data-centric security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the solution lifecycle from conception to deployment and support.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the implementation process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in solution management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data protection and entitlement management solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the Aerospace & Defense, Financial Services, or High-Tech Manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with XACML-based policy management platforms.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and data security best practices.
