About the position

The Senior Solution Product Owner is responsible for delivering solution products that drive value for customers. This role involves collaborating with engineering teams to understand business problems, refining and prioritizing the product backlog, and developing solutions for the development team. The position acts as the primary interface with Scrum Teams and ensures effective product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact and decision maker on key product discovery/definition and features to be developed.
• Work with product managers and operations teams to convert product discovery/definition into actionable items on the backlog.
• Enable product vision from product management into actionable product roadmap and releases.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor ongoing performance and usage of features and act as point of contact for questions and suggestions.
• Develop strong relationships with development teams and customers for timely delivery of software features.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and prioritize key product documentation.
• Monitor the functional/product landscape for changes in competitive positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Healthcare Administration or related area, or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of work experience leading business processes, system changes, or similar relevant experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience with commercial software design concepts and procedures.
• 5 or more years of experience writing Product Discovery/Definition for software in a Product Owner role.
• SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) Certification.
• Experience with minimum viable product, Scrum, and/or Lean startup.
• User Experience (UX) Design experience.
• Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or related industry.
