About the position

The Solution Architect plays a vital role in the sales team by designing and presenting tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of clients. This position involves collaboration with various teams to understand client requirements, develop comprehensive solutions, and effectively communicate the value of the company's products and services. The role is essential for driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction through innovative solution design and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales executives and technical teams to understand client needs and design customized solutions.
  • Lead the development of sales proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that align with client requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on products, services, and industry trends, providing insights to sales teams and clients.
  • Engage directly with clients to present solutions and build trusted advisor relationships.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product management, engineering, and professional services teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals.
  • Stay informed about market trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights for product development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting roles.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software solutions, cloud technologies, and IT architecture principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certifications or additional qualifications may be required or preferred.
  • Knowledge of Corporate Real Estate or Facilities Management solutions is a plus.
