This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. The Director, Solutions Sales & Delivery, will play a critical role as part of the growth stage Tech & Life Sciences leadership team. Your job will be to lead a team of dynamic Solutions Advisors focused on the payments and integration needs of this sector of the bank's clients. You are responsible for ensuring the team retains and drives revenue growth across each of our markets nationwide. You'll collaborate with other leaders on the Relationship, Credit and Product teams to remove obstacles to growth and drive process improvement to allow your team to thrive. The ability to lead your team effectively and work with colleagues cross-functionally is essential to meeting our revenue goals and KPIs. The role requires a leader with vision in the Payments space and a proven track record in coaching diverse teams to successful outcomes.
