About the position

The Solution Sales Director for Consumerism at PG Forsta is responsible for driving growth and expansion of consumer experience solutions within the healthcare sector. This role focuses on enhancing patient acquisition and retention through a fully integrated platform that provides insights and tools for managing online brand presence. The director will lead business development efforts, partner with sales teams, and act as a subject matter expert to inspire clients and tailor solutions to their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts across the market, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Consumer Experience platform and demonstrate solutions to prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on the sales cycle or manage the full sales cycle as needed.
  • Inspire clients by setting a vision based on their needs and leveraging Press Ganey's Consumer Experience solutions.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of client challenges and how Press Ganey's solutions address them.
  • Coordinate with experts, executives, and sales engineers to optimize the sales process.
  • Lead the RFP win strategy and proposal development process in partnership with Field Operations.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Prospect and cold call to generate leads and new business.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Inside Sales to implement prospecting strategies.
  • Deliver sales presentations to customers and prospects at all levels.
  • Highlight benefits and competitive advantages of solutions to facilitate understanding.
  • Develop a targeted growth plan including lead generation, qualification, and closing strategies.
  • Exhibit strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Adhere to the sales process and utilize Salesforce.com effectively.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the sales team to ensure alignment on growth pursuits.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales and/or business development experience, including leadership roles in the Consumer Experience space.
  • Experience in market research, listings, review publishing, and reputation solutions targeting Marketing leadership.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a strong plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of strategic planning, execution, budgeting, and sales development.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in digital marketing and online brand management.
  • Familiarity with healthcare consumer behavior and trends.

Benefits
