About the position

The Solutions Architect for Data Center Infrastructure at NVIDIA is responsible for helping customers optimize their AI data center solutions. This role involves full stack deployment, including hardware architecture, workload orchestration, and application performance tuning, with a focus on hybrid cloud deployments. The position requires collaboration with key customers to understand their workflows and provide feedback to internal teams, ensuring the best technical execution for AI workloads.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers with their AI data center journey, including workflow pipelines and performance optimization.
  • Focus on data center implementations for inference use cases while supporting training as a use case.
  • Scope digital twin journeys on Omniverse, including data aggregation, application development, synthetic data generation, and simulation pipelines.
  • Lead technical sales activities for data centers with a focus on hybrid deployments between cloud and on-prem.
  • Deliver hybrid cloud architectures for data pipelines, storage, security, and user streaming connectivity.
  • Provide expertise in infrastructure workflows, including hardware, workload orchestration, and application tuning.
  • Understand different solutions trade-offs and propose the best architecture and technical execution to enterprise customers.
  • Work directly with key customers to understand workflows and share feedback with internal product and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of meaningful work experience, ideally in an IT infrastructure or related field of expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Expertise with infrastructure management including Linux, Kubernetes, Ethernet networking, and cloud native tooling.
  • Ability to seamlessly shift between Linux system environments to Python programming.
  • Outstanding communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with on-prem infrastructure architecture and big cloud deployments.
  • Experience with cloud native tooling including Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Background in building large scale infrastructure that delivers workloads via containers.
  • Experience developing and deploying solutions in hybrid and/or cloud environments.
  • Critical thinking capabilities that leverage fundamentals to deduce solutions to unforeseen problems.
