About The Position

As an AI Solutions Director at GDIT, you will be responsible for developing and guiding Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions to address complex problems for government customers. This role involves creating AI/ML-enabled solutions, analyzing requirements, and providing expert guidance to colleagues while supporting business growth in the Federal Civilian market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of related experience in AI/ML solutions.
• Ability to create compelling proposal narratives that align with government requirements.
• Experience in technical leadership and project management.
• Foundational knowledge in statistics, linear algebra, and calculus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Agile Methodology and Waterfall Model.
• Familiarity with advanced data mining techniques and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML solutions to optimize data and enhance decision-making for government customers.
• Analyze RFI/RFQ/RFP requirements and create responsive solutions around AI/ML technology.
• Support the pursuit of AI/ML opportunities through customer meetings and proposal contributions.
• Provide expert guidance and leadership to less-experienced colleagues.
• Lead projects or tasks as assigned, focusing on AI/ML capabilities.
