GovCIO is seeking experienced growth leaders to serve as the Solution Architects Director within our Growth and Development Team. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while engaging in critical business capture activities. The Solution Architecture Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategies that lead to successful proposals and solutions for our clients. As a member of the opportunity leadership team, you will partner with Capture Managers to refine win strategies and articulate compelling narratives that highlight why GovCIO is the best choice for our clients. In this role, you will collaborate with technical and customer domain Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to lead solutioning activities, ensuring that the solutions we propose are not only differentiated but also effectively address the specific pain points of our customers. You will be responsible for architecting the solicitation response design, ensuring it aligns with both the story we want to tell and the requirements outlined in the solicitation. This includes conceptualizing key proposal graphics that visually represent our solutions and iteratively reviewing content while coaching authors throughout the proposal phase. Your leadership will promote the application of proposal best practices, ensuring that our submissions are of the highest quality and competitiveness. The ideal candidate will possess key characteristics such as the ability to work collaboratively or independently, a strong intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to seeing projects through to completion. You should be open to critique and able to integrate diverse perspectives to enhance the final product.
