About the position

The Solutions Architect - MDR (Managed Detection and Response) at Capgemini is responsible for supporting Cyber services presales efforts and engaging with large commercial organizations. This role requires a strong foundation in Information Technology and Security Architecture, particularly in selling managed security services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with various levels of customer staff, from executives to technical analysts.

Responsibilities

• Support Cyber services presales efforts across large commercial organizations.
• Engage in execution of projects related to managed security services and MDR.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to understand and fulfill client requests.
• Present results and solutions to clientele leadership, both in person and remotely.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years working in the Information Technology/Information Security industry.
• Experience with solutioning SOC, MDR, EDR, XDR, SIEM, and SOAR.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing sales engineering or solutions architect role.
• Strong understanding of multiple Information Security domains including Managed security and MDR services, Cyber Intelligence Analysis, and Incident Response.
• Cyber security certifications such as CEH, GCIA, GCIH, GCFE, Security , CISSP.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of security programs in Large Fortune 500 organizations.
• Experience with cyber security processes, tools, and technologies.
