About the position

As a Solutions Architect - Oracle Data & Analytics - Manager at PwC, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations leverage enterprise technology to achieve their digital transformation goals. This position is part of the Oracle consulting team, where you will assist clients in implementing and utilizing Oracle offerings to address their business challenges and drive success across various domains, including finance, operations, human capital, customer relations, and governance, risk, and compliance. The Oracle Data and Analytics team specifically focuses on enabling clients to transform their operations through enhanced data utilization and analytics, which in turn fosters profitable growth, reduces operational costs, improves customer experiences, empowers employees, mitigates operational risks, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. In this managerial role, you will be responsible for defining and executing data and analytics strategies for clients, ensuring that these strategies align with their overarching business objectives. You will lead the implementation of a wide range of technology solutions, including Oracle Analytics and Data solutions, while also enhancing data governance and management capabilities. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding teams through complex business issues, from strategy formulation to execution, ensuring that the solutions provided are effective and sustainable. To excel in this role, you will need to embody the PwC Professional framework, which emphasizes purpose-driven leadership and values at every level. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in data strategy, data governance, and data solution implementation projects.
  • Proven record of success as a team leader in managing data-focused engagements.
  • Experience leading teams of on and off-shore resources, including business analysts, data analysts, solution architects, and developers.
  • Ability to analyze end-to-end data flows and conduct hands-on data analysis.
  • Experience in designing improved data flows, data architecture, and data solutions in collaboration with subject matter experts and client counterparts.
  • Experience driving technology and data solution assessments to provide recommendations.
  • Ability to oversee project timelines, risks, and issues, escalating when appropriate.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Oracle OFSAA and Oracle AD products.
